Who regulates you?
We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are entered on the FSA Register (http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register) under the reference 154311.

Am I covered by any compensation schemes?
We are obliged to have Professional Indemnity Insurance however should we be unable to meet our obligations; you will be covered by the investor compensation scheme known as the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)

How will you treat my data?
The safety of your data is of paramount importance to us. We comply fully with the Data Protection Act and treat your personal details as strictly confidential however; we may need to share data with regulators and auditors for the purpose of compliance.

Do I need to prove my identity?
In order to comply with standard Money Laundering regulations, we are required to verify your identity and residence before we accept a first payment from you.

How do I terminate our relationship?
You can end our relationship at any time by writing to us confirming the date you wish to leave. If any transactions are outstanding, you will need to tell us how you wish to deal with them.

How do I make a complaint?

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome you may be able to contact the Financial Ombudsman Service
