Gavin's bio:
Gavin set up EAS in 1992 and in addition to his role as Chairman continues to actively advise personal and business clients. Some of these clients have been with him since he started in financial services in 1981.
A long time advocate of higher professional qualifications Gavin is both Chartered and Certified, A Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and passed the demanding “Resolution” Pension and Divorce Examination.
Gavin served as President of the professional association the LIA (which had over 27,000 members) in 2002/03, was on the FSA Small Business Practitioner Panel for 5 years, served as Convenor on the ISO 22222 (Personal Financial Planning) Standard and is currently Chair of the BSI (British Standard Institute) SVS6 Financial Planning committee which in 2012 launched a British Standard for financial planning firms.
In his spare time Gavin is Vice Chair of Governors at Furze Platt Senior School, Plays the Tuba in various Bands and has a private pilots licence.

Harriet's bio:
As a Chartered Financial Planner Harriet has spent 25 years as a financial adviser and still advises the very first client she ever met.. Her qualifications and capabilities are broad based and include the challenging “Resolution” Pensions and Divorce examination run by The Law Society. However, what she really prides herself on, is the level of proactive service she gives to her clients. She specialises in financial planning and wealth management for senior executives and small business owners and those who are approaching or are at retirement.
Harriet’s interests include walking her dogs, gardening, watching rugby, sculpting and cooking.

Jon's bio:
Jon is qualified to Diploma level and has spent over 25years in Financial Services – primarily in Sales Management. He holds specialist qualifications in compliance and along with the day to day running of the business has responsibility for compliance within EAS.
His interests include rugby, cricket and is an avid West Ham fan. Most of his time though is spent taxiing his sports mad sons around the country.

After a career in the city where he was a Board Director of a leading Lloyds of London underwriting agency, Richard switched into the Financial Services Industry and became an IFA with Executive Advisory Services in 1998. Over that time Richard has focused on building up a large private client portfolio providing advice on all aspects of financial planning. Richard’s easy going style and his ability to explain all manner of complex issues in a clear and concise manner has made him a popular choice with clients of all ages and financial backgrounds. Richard and his wife Jane have two children of 19 and 21 and they live in Beaconsfield . His hobbies and leisure pursuits are diverse but mainly involve balls!!

Adrian's bio:
Adrian has been in Financial Services for 26 years the last six of which have been with Executive Advisory Services and their sister company The Employee Benefits Bureau. He has had a wide experience of working in both IFA practises and for large UK Insurance companies and he specialises in Group Employee Benefits packages, Protection and Mortgages. In his spare time Adrian plays tennis for Berkshire, is a coach at Reading Rugby Club, taxi driver to his two young children and takes long walks with the family Golden Retriever.

Ian's bio:
Ian has more than 34 years of experience in Financial Services, he has returned to advising clients in his local community, leaving the daily commute to the City behind.
He sees his role as helping clients achieve the things they want to in life whilst protecting what’s important to them.
Away from the office, Ian actively supports the exploits of his talented wife and children in the fields of Dance, Drama, Music and Cooking! Other interests include skiing, cycling and walking, mostly with his excitable dog, Dexter.

Andrew's bio:
The clientele Andrew has developed over the years relies on him to assist them in all areas of Financial Planning. Whilst the industry continues to create more and more demands concerning advice, Andrew still enjoys the privileged relationship he has with his clients and trust that has been developed over a number of years.
Away from work Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife, children, six grandchildren and his very special friend Sally, a Romanian rescue dog.
Amongst his many outside interests, Andrew's main passion is his boat which is moored on the Hamble near Southampton.

Hannah joined Executive Advisory Services in June 2008 and has been in financial services since leaving fulltime education. Hannah has attained her Certificate in Mortgage Advice and also her Certificate in Financial Services. In her spare time she enjoys raising money for various charities; is an avid gardener, enthusiastic cyclist and adrenaline junkie, most recently taking on wing-walking.

She lives locally with her husband and two children who are growing up fast!

Sophie's bio:
Sophie joined Executive Advisory Services in 2014, she was in the banking industry for 12 years and then qualified to be a Financial Advisor. Having taken a long break to raise her family, she has re-entered Financial Services to reignite her passion with the advice sector and is looking to further her knowledge and specialise in retirement planning.
In the little spare time she does get, she enjoys eating out, the theatre and of course being a chauffeur to her very social and sporty 3 boys!
She also likes to dedicate some time for charity work and raising funds and awareness for underprivileged children all over the world.
